暑い、暑すぎる。少し異常な暑さの今年の夏。

熱中症になりかけのフラフラの状態で到着。あー、これ大丈夫かな？と思いながら横になりスタートすると痛さでそれどころじゃないw良いのか悪いのかよくわからない。

今回は右の暈しの残り。ようやく膝上とも繋がった。あと一回で暈しも終わりかな？

It is very hot these days. It is crazy.

I almost get passed out when I arrived at studio. I thoght maybe I cannot make it this time, but once the session is started, I cannot think anything else but the pain. I don't know if this is good or bad.
